JJ Justice With Six Offers

Last season, James (JJ) Justice played quarterback and cornerback for Norwich Free Academy in Norwich, Connecticut. He excelled running his team’s option offense, combining for 34 total touchdown’s including 20 passing and 14 rushing. Playing cornerback was more of a break for him than anything else because most of Norwich’s opponents have run-oriented offenses.

His senior season will be different. Justice will still be able to play quarterback, however he will play safety on defense. Safety is the position most of the schools recruiting him envision him playing on the next level. Justice does not care which position he plays.

“Schools like me as a safety,” said Justice. “I went to four camps this summer – Penn State, Boston College, Maryland, and Virginia. All of them put me at safety. Boston College and Penn State played me at running back as well, but no one looked at me as a quarterback.

“I like both sides of the ball. I like to hit, but I like to score to. I will move to safety this season, which is more like a linebacker because we face run-oriented offenses. I’m looking forward to it.”
