Six Camps for Bujakowski

Hopewell (Hopewell, VA) quarterback Lee Bujakowski is using his off-season time wisely. In addition to playing baseball this spring, he has been working hard to improve his football skills and athletic ability. Most notably, he is trying to improve his speed. He hopes to add quicker and faster feet to go along with his 6-3, 220 pound frame and rocket arm.

So far, his work has paid off.

“I’ve been working with a speed coach to get faster,” said Bujakowski, who ran a 5.0 in the 40 his junior season. “I’ve run the 40 since the season last ended, and I’ve gotten down to the low 4.8’s. I recently was clocked at a 4.8 flat in the 40. Other than that, I’ve been basically trying to improve on everything.”

Bujakowski hopes to show off his new speed during summer camps. Schools where he will camp include six in particular, all of whom stopped by Hopewell high school to visit in the May evaluation period.
