It makes sense that he would use that word, because that’s exactly how others describe Mines when they see his work on the recruiting trail.
Lew Johnston was the long-time head coach at Western Branch in Chesapeake, Va. He later won a State Championship at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy, and now he’s back with the Bruins serving as their offensive analyst. Through his many years in coaching, he’s seen many types of recruiters come through his school. Some have left less favorable impressions than others.
