    1. I think it’s entirely reasonable to pick VT to win the Coastal, based on the very close and winnable game they played last year against GT, and the fact that GT plays BOTH Clemson and Florida State from the Atlantic, whereas VT avoids both of those teams and Louisville.

      However, it’s just a guessing game right now because you don’t know what the injury situation is going to be like halfway through the season.
      What was the single largest factor in our victory over Ohio State last year? Injury. Their starting QB was out.
      What was the single largest factor in the difference between the early VT of last year and the mid-late VT of last year? Injury.

  1. I think GT’s conference schedule is more difficult than VT’s and that will be the decider.

    If VT can stay healthy, I see them having a good year and getting back to the CG.
