You have to take college basketball recruiting rankings with a grain of salt. Some teams sign as few as one or two players, and other schools sign as many as six or seven. The total number of players a school signs can have a big impact on their class ranking.
Today we’re going to do a little exercise on Virginia Tech’s 2017 basketball class as it currently stands. Then we’re going to do a little exercise on what it could possibly look like if MJ Walker signs with the good guys. There’s a lot to be excited about even without Walker in the fold. Signing him would be icing on an already delicious cake.
