Peoples is listed at 6-feet, 185-pounds and plays for Archbishop Wood in Warminister, PA. Peoples is currently unranked but had three other scholarship offers from Rutgers, Boston College and Pittsburgh. Virginia Tech was the first school to offer Peoples.

The Hokies now have two defensive backs committed for the Class of 2018. Safety Chamarri Conner is a 3-star recruit who committed in November 2016. The defensive secondary will continue to be a priority for the Hokies in this cycle after landing only one corner in the ’17 class.
