Touted Miller School Guard To Start Officials

Miller School (Charlottesville, VA) senior Andrew White III has become one of the most coveted two-guards in the country, scoring offers from Kansas and Texas, among others, within the past few months alone. The blitz of scholarship activity is settling down, and the 6’6″, 210-pound wing guard/forward is now turning his attention towards figuring out his college future.

“I think Andrew has three official visits set, so he’ll be getting out to get some experience with those schools,” said Andrew’s father, Andy. “Last month he took several unofficial visits. In addition to the three official visits planned, he’ll probably take another two official visits. And he’ll still do unofficials.

“A lot of his offers came in late, and a lot came within a week or two. That’s why it has taken him a little bit longer to sort out the process.”

Kansas (09/23), Louisville, and Texas (09/30) are the three scheduled official visit destinations. Andy White feels his son may choose the final two official visit spots as early as next week.
