Spring, Summer Key For Dinwiddie QB

This spring and summer appears especially important for 6-4, 225-pound junior signal caller Chris Hall , who completed 166 of 330 passes for 2,677 yards with 23 touchdowns and 13 interceptions last season. 2009 was Hall’s first season as Dinwiddie’s (VA) starting quarterback and he showed potential, but he is now anxious to show more on the spring and summer combine/camp circuit.

“I’ve signed up for the Nike Combine in Baltimore and I’m also signing up for the Under Armour Combine at the Carolina Panthers’ stadium on April 18th,” said Hall, who competed in the U.S. Army All-American National Junior Combine in January.

This summer, Hall plans to participate in camps. Virginia and Virginia Tech, in-state programs he visited this past weekend, are two certain destinations. Virginia is interested in Hall as a quarterback while Tech has mentioned quarterback, wide receiver or tight end as possible positions. He played running back and wide receiver at Dinwiddie before moving to quarterback last season.
