no one really understands the disfunction that was behind this

It's been going on at VT since 2010, and magnified with Whit (all with BOV support) 1. Not a trained AD in football 3. Organization not staffed by true professionals 4. inabiliity of hte organization to change evolve with change (protect the culture) 5.Lack of true University support but rather University taking revenue from the atheltic dept. 6.then hire an unqualified coach.
