Relationships are always a crucial part of any recruitment. Hermitage (Va.) 2026 safety Andre Clarke Jr. is building plenty of those with coaches, but he wants to see more.

Clarke is setting his visit plans for the fall. While he doesn’t know specific dates just yet, he said he’s eyeing trips to Virginia Tech, Miami, Florida State, Michigan and Tennessee. After talking to coaches and seeing those programs in-person, Clarke said he hopes to have an even better idea of his recruitment going forward.

“In this process, of course I’m going to narrow down, probably towards the end of the season,” he said. “But I can’t say right now. I’ve thought about a few schools, but I didn’t want to pull the trigger.”
