Let’s change things up a big this week when discussing Virginia Tech recruiting. Rather than focusing on official visitors, I want to take an overall look at the Hokies’ recruiting board on both sides of the ball to see where everything stands in mid-June.

Today we’ll go over what’s happening on the offensive side of the ball. Later in the week we’ll switch gears and take a look at the defense.

Quarterback

Commits: 1 (Kelden Ryan)

Virginia Tech is looking to take two quarterbacks in the 2025 recruiting class. Kelden Ryan, who committed to the Hokies on July 30, 2023, took a huge step forward during his junior season. Click here to see his year-to-year statistics in high school. There are huge improvements in completion percentage, TD-INT ratio and yards per carry. If he continues to make that kind of progress, I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up with a fourth star by the time it’s all said and done.
