Virginia Tech head coach Brent Pry and offensive coordinator Tyler Bowen have made it no secret that they want to incorporate more read option and quarterback runs into the offense this year. In fact, they started to do it a little bit more in the second half of the 2022 season.

Recruiting guys like Kyron Drones and Pop Watson somewhat signaled their intent in the offseason, but an even bigger signal is a face that was spotted at football practice on Tuesday morning.
