There are now just two schools left for Life Christian Academy (Va.) defensive tackle D’Andre Martin. The class of 2022 product made one visit last weekend, has one this weekend, and will then announce his commitment.           

On Sunday, Martin unofficially visited Virginia Tech, his third visit to Blacksburg. This coming weekend he’ll unofficially see South Carolina, which will be his second trip there. On Sunday, Martin said he’ll make his decision and publicly announce where he’ll attend and play his college football.           

“If I’m being honest, it’s really based off the environment, like if I see myself there without football,” he said. “Can I see myself going on campus and having a good time? It’s also about the coaching staff and style. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a coachable kid. But my preference is the coaches are consistently on you, making sure you get your stuff together. The environment is key for me.”
