Schematic Change Leads to Lower Production at Defensive Tackle
I don’t think any position was more negatively impacted by Virginia Tech’s 2020 schematic changes than the defensive tackles. PFF grades aren’t the be-all, end-all when it comes to evaluating player performance, but generally speaking they do match the eye test.
