1) What factors do you believe are behind 757 coaches quitting, and do you feel we’ll see similar movement in other areas of Virginia? And what, if any, factor might that have for Tech in trying to develop those all-important relationships at the high schools? – Stork

Bill Stachelski: Cox
Anton Cannady: Wilson
Justin Conyers: Nansemond River
Carlos Martinez: First Colonial

This article by Larry Rubama does a good job pointing out some of the issues, such as low, long hours, and increasing abuse from fans at the game. Rubama knows Chris DeWitt pretty well, so I’m guessing everything he listed in the article as reasons he got straight from DeWitt and perhaps other coaches.
