Despite the loss to Pitt, Mike Young has Virginia Tech in a good spot. (Matt Gentry, ACC Pool)

Virginia Tech dropped to 13-4 and 7-3 in the ACC with their loss at Pitt on Wednesday night.  It’s important to not judge basketball teams on the results of one game, and that goes for both wins and losses.

With that in mind, today’s article isn’t going to focus on last night’s game at all.  I want to talk about winning road games in the ACC, and Keve Aluma’s impressive game last night, not to mention the numbers he’s put up over the last two or three games.
