The two offers on the table thus far for Chase (NC) 2021 cornerback Kiylan Miller give him hope of what’s to come. Those have come from Liberty and Coastal Carolina.

For now, Miller is holding steady with his recruitment as he waits to see what comes next. He’s also taken a few visits to get a feel for potential options and what each could offer.

“One thing I look for is what I can go to school for, what I want to major in,” Miller said. “I’m undecided, but I still see what they have, if the place feels like home.”

On March 1, Miller was on hand for Virginia Tech’s junior day. The visit was his second to Blacksburg, as he also visited for the Hokies’ game against North Carolina last fall.

“It was a great atmosphere and somewhere I look heavily into, since I have friends there,” Miller said. “When we got there, we sat down, met with some coaches and they introduced us to the staff. We talked about school, the grad rate and things like that. They showed us around the place. They’re rebuilding. They told us how it’s going to look, and it’s just great there. Knowing I’ve been to a game, I know how loud it can get.”

Miller said the main person he talks to, whom he considers a close friend, is junior
