In March, Indian River (Va.) three-star wide receiver LaMareon James committed to North Carolina. Six months later, he had a change of heart.

On Sept. 22, James re-opened his recruitment as he decommitted from the Tar Heels. While North Carolina is still a possibility, five schools have come to the forefront, and James is visiting one of those in a couple of weeks.

“It’s still an option,” he said of the Tar Heels. “Since I decommitted, coach and I have had a good relationship. They’re playing good. They still talk to me, so that’s still an option.
