Virginia Tech
It’s time for our annual Virginia Tech approval ratings analysis. (Ivan Morozov)

Two weeks ago we opened voting (which is now closed) for this summer’s Approval Ratings, and today we’re going to analyze those numbers.

Please note that thanks to polling software difficulties last summer, responses were limited.  The issue was fixed this summer, and the number of voters tripled to nearly a 1,000, which is still slightly down from the 1,200-1,300 range of two summers ago.  The number of voters could have impacted the results to a certain extent.

Virginia Tech President Tim Sands

Strongly Disapprove: 2.5%

Sands has seen a slight decrease in popularity
