On March 6, Sun Valley (NC) wide receiver Gavin Blackwell appeared to narrow down his recruiting field a bit. The thing is, though, Blackwell insists nothing has been narrowed.

That day, Blackwell tweeted a top six of Duke, North Carolina, NC State, South Carolina, Virginia Tech and West Virginia. But he also clarified where that group actually stands with him. Overall, Blackwell’s recruitment still isn’t whittled down.

“Honestly, I don’t know who I like best,” he said. “I mean, I’m still open, but I still have two more years. Whatever happens in these two years, then we can see what happens. I was just putting out a top six because these were the ones recruiting me hardest at the moment. There was no particular reason.”
