1) I still can’t get over going for it with 11:09 to play, down only seven, wind behind your punter, 4th and two on your own 49 and defense playing well. My son and I looked at each other and thought it must be 3rd down, surely the coaches aren’t going for it. This was on top of the coaches allowing 10 seconds to run off at end of the first half before calling time out with 1:01 left when we were getting the ball back. This young team can’t survive these types of coaching mistakes, and there were others in this game. Your opinion, just a bad night, panic, disarray, what? – Tech76G

Chris Coleman: At the game, I didn’t mind the decision. After the game, in hindsight, I thought it was a poor decision. However, after a few days to reflect, I certainly understand Fuente’s thinking. I still probably would have punted it, but I understand why he went for it, and I don’t think he was wrong to do so.
