Not that he hadn’t already gotten a feel for some schools with some spring and summer visits (and even games in previous seasons), but Thomas Dale (Va.) 2020 four-star running back Chris Tyree has seen more this fall. 

Tyree, No. 55 in the 2020 Rivals100, has taken four unofficial trips during the season, to Virginia Tech, Penn State, Mississippi State and Stanford. They’re all schools Tyree said he’s still considering. He has more he wants to see, too, as the Virginia High School League state playoffs get underway next week. But while Tyree is navigating through his 27 offers, he isn’t showing any favoritism. 

“One thing I know how to look for is how comfortable you are with the coaches,” he said. “That’s just a natural feel. If you feel comfortable talking to them, I feel like you’ll be fine when you’re there.”
