Hokies Better at Big Plays So Far in 2018

Perhaps the biggest theme of the offseason was whether or not the Hokie offense could generate more big plays than they did a year ago.  So far through four games, the answer is yes.

First of all, let’s go back to last season and see how many big plays the Tech offense generated…

30+ yards: 21 (No. 93)
40+ yards: 7 (No. 120)
50+ yards: 2 (No. 121)
60+ yards: 1 (No. 113)
70+ yards: 1 (Next-to-last)
