On Feb. 9, Everett (Mass.) three-star athlete Mike Sainristil ended his recruitment. He gave his commitment to Virginia Tech.           

Of late, however, Sainristil has opened the door to another school. While he hasn’t set a date when he’ll make a decision to stick with his commitment or move elsewhere, Sainristil has hinted that it might come soon. He officially visited the other school, Michigan, this past weekend.           

Right now, Sainristil said he still considers himself a Hokie, and overall, he said he still likes what he sees with Virginia Tech.
