Note: I don’t want to speculate about the Josh Jackson situation in an article until more facts are available.  At this point, things are out of the athletic department’s hands.  For now, I think I’m going to wait until things are resolved until I dedicate a TSL Pass article to the subject.

1) What Virginia Tech team is closest to winning a national title? The favorite answer used to be Wrestling and Women’s Soccer. Wrestling is high, but breaching the top three is going to take a ton of work and money. Women’s soccer has fallen off after a College Cup appearance. Indoor Track was in first place this winter heading to the last day.  And, John Sung has lacrosse being a national contender and it’s a sport that JMU has shown doesn’t require deep pockets. So who’s the closest to our first team title now? – RUHokie

Chris Coleman: My opinion used to be wrestling.  Then I found out about the regional training centers, and how much more money Penn State donors pump into their training center than anybody else.  PSU fans have purchased the most dominant wrestling program in the country, and they’ve won seven
