Note: I don’t want to speculate about the Josh Jackson situation in an article until more facts are available.  At this point, things are out of the athletic department’s hands.  For now, I think I’m going to wait until things are resolved until I dedicate a TSL Pass article to the subject.

1) What Virginia Tech team is closest to winning a national title? The favorite answer used to be Wrestling and Women’s Soccer. Wrestling is high, but breaching the top three is going to take a ton of work and money. Women’s soccer has fallen off after a College Cup appearance. Indoor Track was in first place this winter heading to the last day.  And, John Sung has lacrosse being a national contender and it’s a sport that JMU has shown doesn’t require deep pockets.
