
The Virginia Tech coaches released their initial depth chart on Monday afternoon. It was mostly as we expected, particularly on the defensive side of the ball. However, there definitely are some interesting observations to be made on the offensive side.

Remember that depth chart is unofficial, and this coaching staff doesn’t take their released depth chart as seriously as the old staff.
I’m going to highlight what struck me when I first looked at the depth chart, on a position-by-position basis.
