Just over a month ago, Dorman (S.C.) three-star offensive lineman Jordan McFadden gave Virginia Tech another lineman it sought for the Class of 2018. On July 4, he gave the Hokies his commitment.
Since then, McFadden has returned to Blacksburg and reconnected with a number of recruits, players and coaches. He also got the offer he’d long wanted as a kid, from nearby Clemson.
McFadden, Rivals.com’s No. 28 player in South Carolina, is still on board with his commitment to the Hokies, but the Tigers might not be out of it.
“I’m still very high on (Virginia Tech),” McFadden said. “I’m really glad I made this decision and I still feel really good about it.”
