Dax Hollifield Excited About Virginia Tech Coaches, Hopes to Attend Multiple Games

Dax Hollifield has been to Virginia Tech plenty of times, but still wanted to come down for the Blacksburg Bash on July 23.

“It was my sixth or seventh time being there,” Hollifield said. “All of the coaches know me and everything. It was a lot of fun.”

The 4-star linebacker from Shelby, NC. says that the coaching staff at Virginia Tech has made them one of his favorite schools, alongside North Carolina and South Carolina.

“I’ve got to like them to like the school,” Hollifield said. “That’s what stands out to me the most, and the atmosphere. The atmosphere there is amazing.”

Hollifield says that Defensive Coordinator Bud Foster and Special Teams Coordinator James Shibest have worked hard to build a relationship with him.
