Want some scoop? Here’s some scoop. Technically speaking, Virginia Tech only has four open spots for the 2016 recruiting class. Of course, they could end up taking more than four prospects, but that would depend on who was willing to commit.
Today we’ll look at the remaining offensive recruits on the board, and also take a quick look ahead to some top 2017 offensive players.
Commits: Jerod Evans (JUCO), Joshua Jackson
Virginia Tech is finished recruiting quarterbacks for the 2016 class. Jerod Evans and Joshua Jackson are both in Blacksburg for this semester, and they will take part in spring practice.
Targets: Dae Williams
Williams, an SMU commit, was offered by the Hokies and Louisville back in December. However, Blacksburg is a long way from his home state of Oklahoma, and it appears that he’s going to stay true to his SMU pledge.
