Whit Babcock chatted briefly with the media on Tuesday.  He touched on the topics of season ticket sales, the Battle at Bristol, and more.

The Impact of Ohio State on Season Tickets

Virginia Tech had 93 straight sellouts from 1998-2013, but failed to sell out a single game during the 2014 football season.  That’s a long consecutive sellout streak, but unfortunately it came to an end.  The good news is that ticket sales are up for 2015.

“We’re in really good shape,” Babcock told the media today. “This morning they gave me the update.  We have around 170 mini plans left, and I believe we are around 270 season tickets left.  So that would be great to help sell the stadium out with season tickets.  The mini plans help push that.”
