Previewing the offensive line is an impossible job. The depth chart has changed every single day dating back to the spring. We have basic ideas about where some guys will play, but nothing is certain at this point.
Here’s how the depth chart currently looks.
LT: Jonathan McLaughlin (#71, 6-4, 313, Fr.), Wyatt Teller (#57, 6-5, 275, Fr.)
LG: Brent Benedict (#55, 6-5, 292, r-Jr.), Ross Ward (#62, 6-2, 303, r-So., walkon)
C: Caleb Farris (#79, 6-3, 308, Jr.), Matt Arkema (#64, 6-3, 296, r-Jr.)
RG: Andrew Miller (#74, 6-4, 296, r-Sr.), Marcus Mapp (6-4, 295, r-So. walkon)
RT: Laurence Gibson (#63, 6-6, 290, r-Jr.), Parker Osterloh (#67, 6-8, 318, Fr.)
Though we don’t know exactly how things will shake out, we can separate the offensive tackles from the interior linemen at this point.
