The BeamerBall Twitter account (@Beamer_Ball) announced a few position changes yesterday morning.  Let’s take a look and see what they mean for the depth chart, and for the players involved.

To recap, here are the position changes:

r-Freshman Jack Willenbrock from center to tight end
Freshman Jerome Wright from tailback to fullback
r-Junior Fuller Hoepner from tight end to fullback
r-Junior Nick Acree from offensive tackle to offensive guard
r-Sophomore Josh Trimble from backer to whip
r-Junior Derek DiNardo from backer to whip

To me, the moves of Hoepner and Wright to fullback are the most telling of all.
