Every year, it seems like scheduling is the hot topic of Virginia Tech
basketball, as a weak non-conference schedule and a lack of non-conference
signature wins is used as the main reasons the Hokies are excluded from the NCAA
Tournament. If Tech doesn’t make it this coming season, there will have to be a
different reason.
Tech’s non-conference schedule was much-improved last year, and it will take
another step up this year.
