Saturday’s Spring Game will be the final opportunity for a number of young
players to impress the coaching staff. It will also be the last chance for the
coaching staff to evaluate players until practice begins in August. For fans,
it’s their one chance to see the team play and get their first look at some of
the younger talent.
Today we’ll highlight some players that you might want to keep an eye on this
Saturday. Some are r-freshmen who will be on the field for the first time this
fall. Some are players competing for playing time with each other at a certain
position. One is even a r-senior who has broken into the starting lineup for the
first time.
