Tyrod Taylor should have plenty of talented and experienced options at wide
receiver this year. However, the depth is thin at tight end, and the spring will
be all about Bryan Stinespring figuring out if he has more than one or two
players who are ready to play. A lack of tight ends could limit Tech’s formation
options, which could lead to more playing time for wide receivers.

Tech’s receivers were vastly improved this past year, and with a senior
quarterback at the helm in 2010, they could have their most productive season
coming up. Andre Smith is the lone returning tight end. Behind him, the depth is
questionable, perhaps even nonexistent.
