Injuries happen every year in football, and fans of each team cross their
fingers and hope that those injuries don’t happen at critical positions.
Virginia Tech is no different, and there are a few critical players whom the
Hokies will depend on to stay healthy this season.

We’ve identified five players that Tech won’t be able to do without this
coming season. The Hokies have limited depth and major question marks at each of
these positions. We’ll cover each of these players, and discuss what could

placekicker. It seems like it’s a question mark each season, yet the Hokies are
always able to find the answer.
