Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA) offensive tackle Conner Davis will be able to more closely compare Virginia and Virginia Tech by next weekend. The 6-5, 270-pound junior attended the University of Virginia’s Spring Game yesterday and he’ll be in Blacksburg for Tech’s Spring Game next Saturday.

Davis had visited UVa numerous times before, including more recent trips to a February 14th Junior Day and a spring practice last month. How was this latest experience different?

“I think there was a difference between this and past visits,” Davis said. “I didn’t have much pressure on myself since I have an offer. I met the coaches and got to know them more. I went up there trying to have a lot of fun and watch some football.”

The visit appears to have helped UVa improve its standing with the Central Virginia standout.
