Laurinburg (NC) Scotland County linebacker Terrell Manning is ready to announce his college decision. The four-star linebacker has scheduled a press conference for Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Scotland County High School where he will announce his college intentions. Manning informed Pack Pride today that he is officially down to Virginia Tech, Clemson, and NC State.
“It’s going to be one of Virginia Tech, Clemson, and [NC] State,” said Manning.
Manning, who admits that he has already reached a decision, gave two factors for why he picked the school that he will be attending.
“It’s basically the environment and playing time,” said the talented prospect.
Tabbed the No. 6 weakside linebacker prospect in the country according to Scout.com, Manning is also rated the No. 85 prospect overall.
He garnered scholarship offers from Clemson, NC State, Florida, Virginia Tech, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina among others before narrowing his list down to the Hokies, Tigers, and Wolfpack.
