After making an official visit to Kansas last weekend, which his first official visit of the recruiting process, 6-2, 240-pound defensive end prospect Michael Connolly is thinking about his next move. Earlier this week, the athletic Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL) prospect spoke with Virginia Tech primary recruiter Charley Wiles. Does his stance with Virginia Tech remain the same?

�Coach Wiles called [on Wednesday night] and he said nothing is going to change at this time,� said Connolly, who is being recruited by Virginia Tech as a recruited walk-on who would have a scholarship by his second year. Connolly was hoping to hear that his status had changed with the Hokies.

At this point, Connolly is not even sure if he will make an official visit to Tech, but it is a possibility.

�I don�t know,� Connolly replied when asked if he would make an official visit to Blacksburg. �I have to talk to Coach Wiles some more and I have to talk to my parents.�
