Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL) guard Luc Richard Mbaha Moute has narrowed his list to just 3 schools according to Montverde Academy Head Coach Kevin Sutton.

“Luc is down to 3 schools,” Sutton said. “In no particular order – Virginia Tech, UCLA, South Carolina. He will make a decision when he talks with his Dad later in the month.”

Mbaha Moute has taken official visits to all 3 finalists. A 6-7, 190-pound shooting guard, Mbaha Moute also has the ability to play point guard or small forward on the next level.

As a junior last season, he averaged 12 points per game. His strengths are his size, ball-handling ability and solid shooting stroke. Mbaha Moute is rated a 3-star prospect by The Insiders.com.
