Originally scheduled for today at 3:30 pm, the press conference for Indian River running back Brandon Ore will take place on Monday, December 15th, at 1:30 pm.

“Brandon will make his college announcement on Monday at 1:30 [p.m.],” Indian River Head Coach Cadillac Harris said. “He’s going to decide between Maryland, Virginia Tech, and North Carolina.”

Ore has scholarship offers from all three schools involved. Sources say he will choose the Hokies over the Terrapins and Tar Heels.

As a senior, the 6-2, 190 pound running back rushed for 1,279 yards and 15 touchdowns on 156 carries. He also lined up at wide receiver on occasion in the Indian River offense.
