Will Davis

Notes: Davis played wide receiver last season as a junior. He made eight receptions for 160 yards in a predominately option offense. Last season was his first ever playing football.

During the Nike Camp at Penn State in Spring of 2004, Davis posted a 4.51 time (in cleats) in the 40 yard dash, benched 185 pounds 22 times, and ran a 4.22 shuttle. He also possesses a 36 inch vertical leap.

Coach Rick Houchens: "Will played wide receiver for us last year. Next year we'll probably move him to tight end on offense and put his hand down on defense. He'll be a great defensive end because he has such quickness. He runs a lot like Trey Covington from last year."
