Ricky Hall

Notes: Hall would have been a Top 10 player in the state, had he not had qualification issues. He was a major recruit for the Hokies, who accepted his LOI after it appeared he would qualify. However, he didn't qualify and he had to go the JUCO route.

Eventually he made it to Tech, and was the Hokies' leading receiver in 1998, catching the winning touchdown pass at Miami that year. He also started opposite Andre Davis in 1999.
