Notes: Percy Harvin is the best player in the state of Virginia and perhaps the best in the country. He had a masterful junior season, compiling over 1,600 yards of offense and scoring 32 total touchdowns. He made 56 receptions for 985 yards and 17 touchdowns at the wide receiver position. He rushed for 690 yards and 9 touchdowns. His other scores came on special teams or defense.

For his junior year performance, Harvin earned first-team all-state honors at the wide receiver position. He was named AP Group AAA state player of the year.
