Martel Thatch

Notes: Martel Thatch recorded 90 tackles, nine interceptions, two sacks, and two fumble recoveries as a junior. As as safety, he possesses tremendous quickness and great ability to break on the ball.

Coach Victor Floyd: "Martel is a great athlete. He returned two of his nine interceptions for touchdowns last season. He has the frame to put on 25-30 pounds of muscle and keep his speed."
