Hermitage's starting quarterback, Clayton threw for 1,279 yards his junior season and enjoyed a standout senior year. In 2007, Clayton completed 153 of 255 passes for 2,117 yards with 22 touchdowns and only nine interceptions. He led the Panthers to a Division 6, Central Region championship.
