Moten transferred to Christian Center Academy this year. He will be a post-graduate, as he attended Arthur Hills High School in Saginaw, MI, last season as a senior.
Last season, Moten 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. He finished 5th in the Mr. Basketball voting for the state of Michigan.
Coach McAvene: "He's an all-around player. I think with the people we have around him this year, that will make him an even better player. People want to label him as a shooter, but his vertical leap is in the 34 to 35-inch range. He's pretty good at taking guys off the dribble. He has great athleticism to go along with his shooting ability."
