I looked up the NCAA bracket from 2002


Lots of familiar names so I found it interesting. At 149 Mike Zadick was the 1 seed and Jared Frayer the 4 seed. Zadick was upset in the quarterfinals so they didn’t face off and Frayer went on to place 2nd. Unfortunately VT wrestlers didn’t have a great showing despite Sean Gray getting a 3 seed (2-2) and Scott Justus a 1 seed (1-2).
