I'm not sure if they serve food there, but if you want a drink...

You have to head to the Harbor Inn on the West Bank of the Flats. Best bar in Cleveland. They have a big wall behind the bar with over 180 beers, all of which are kept in stock. They have a great dive bar atmosphere, and there used to be a great gyro truck that usually parked next door if you're hungry. (It's been 12 years since I left C'town, so I can't promise the gyro guys are still there, but I know the bar is.)
