Graff’s strengths are that he’s active in the senior level FS circ...

...uit which can be a good recruiting tool. Hopefully we start seeing some higher level light weights with FS aspirations start signing with us. The biggest strength he brings in my opinion is as a training partner. His work ethic is legendary and contagious. I doubt he leaves but he’d have to at least be an assistant coach option once the HC is selected. He’s an icon within that program and fairly local (Colorado) and probably has a lot of sway for potential recruits
